RICE PUDDING – PRE-WORKOUT MEAL

You’re going to work out today? Putting a lot of intense effort into something awaits you? Then you’d better not forget about giving yourself an energy boost

If you have workout or training scheduled later in the day, I suggest a carbohydrate breakfast. A healthy breakfast is essential, and what I have prepared for you today does not require much work. If you do not trust your organizational skills in the morning, maybe it’s a good idea to prepare the breakfast ingredients in the evening the day before :).

A pudding made of basmati rice has a mild nutty flavor. It is recommended to everybody who wants to strengthen their spleen and stomach, as well as to people who suffer from large intestine diseases.

Rice Pudding for Breakfast

Preparation:

First, cook the rice in the coconut milk (at least, that’s the way I did it). If the need arises, add water during cooking. Next, add all the ingredients except for cocoa powder and blend until uniform. To finish the pudding off, I sprinkled a bit of cocoa powder over it.
