Banana cake with nuts and chocolate

With the current autumn and the colder months, we notice greater desire for carbohydrates, especially those not healthy .. I try meet you half way and share with you more healthy alternatives, eg.   cake 🙂

Today  we have a cake with banana and chocolate in the main role. It is well known and popular combination, and the banana is an ideal product suitable for many pastries.

Bananas are recommend especially for athletes,  in this case its better to use ripe bananas. This is the perfect carbohydrate snack giving  you a  “kick” before your training. Bananas are rich in: potassium, magnesium, calcium, copper, manganese and fluorine, as well as in all the major vitamins – A, C, E, K and those of group B going back to the recipe … 🙂

Banana cake with nuts and chocolate:

Preparation:
Mash the bananas with a fork. Place them to the container with coconut oil, egg, malt and blend it. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients  nuts. Mix well. In a saucepan melt the dark chocolate, and then mix it with the prepared batter.   Place a  baking paper on a baking tray and pour the batter.
Bake for about 60 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven with convection.
