Stabilization and stretching exercises

Are you a runner? Do you exercise to lose weight? Do you cover long distances on your bike?

No matter the form of physical activity you prefer, you should care for your backbone and the muscles that are stabilizing it being your own muscular corset.
In the today’s video I am going to recommend you a set of exercises that you should include in your training routine. Some balance exercises, a bit of yoga and some stretching.

Remember to breathe properly during exercises – exhale while you deepen the move. If you feel pain – stop doing the exercise.

Repeat each exercise 3-4 times.

Such a workout has a calming effect, allows you to relax and feel more confident.
It’s a good way to start the day or end it 🙂
