Ginger drink – what is it?

Autumn is here! Unfortunately, many of you have also welcomed the cold and flu.

Autumn is not conducive to our resistance . There is not much light ,its getting colder outside. Not without a reason the words ” feeling blue ” are often compiled with the term ” autumn ” .

Let’s fight against feeling blue! Do not let that gray atmosphere take our joy away. Let’s smile! I know that even the training is harder though, right? But it is worth it! Because in such a grim time endorphins and satisfaction from the training function as a portion of vitamins! Oh, and – it’s time for supplementation of vitamin D.

Fortunately, a little sunshine and strength  to resistance we can find in a glass :). Warming drink my grandmother drunk on an empty stomach will prevent mental cooling  and will add color to a cloudy day.

Ginger has so many health properties , it is impossible to take this opportunity to mention them all. It is the cure for many ailments for centuries used in Eastern cultures .During autumn the most important effect is being antipyretic and anti-inflammatory – sounds like a painkiller 🙂 , It reduces inflammation, relieves pain and lowers the temperature , so it is sensational during cold .

Ginger drink

Preparation:

Slice  ginger (about a handful ) and cook it in a saucepan together with the cloves. To a separate serving container  add  sliced lemon and orange ( previously washed with boiling water ) . Then add the pieces of ginger with a brew . Add water (previously boiled). At the end add a tablespoon of honey.

Even the appearance and aroma will warm you ! And the taste ? Judge for yourself , it is worth trying because it  really is an excellent tea for the upcoming cooler days
