Fruit smoothie with mint

Today the smoothie that will call the summer with its taste and aroma :).

We mix it all and drink enjoying its aroma :).

Coconut milk is a good alternative to cow milk. It has a good influence on our
brains, and even more, it can boost our immunity. Coconut milk contains a lot of
calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, phosphorus. It is rich in vitamins,
minerals, amino acids, healthy fats, antioxidants, carbohydrates, fiber or
proteins. I recommend it to athletes – it can hydrate your organisms well.

Mint is a natural tranquilizer and improves digestion. Its leaves increase gastric
juice secretion, stimulate secretion of bile acids as well as improve intenstines
function.

Fruits used to make the smoothie will provide us with vitamin C, beta-
carotene, calcium, iron, phosphorus, fiber, potassium. These fruits help to get rid
of the excess of water, the fiber aids to cleanse the organism as well as improves
the functioning of the digestive and immune systems.
