Colorful tofu with vegetables

When I see the colors on the plate my face is smiling 🙂 And because I would like you to also smiled often, I recommend today a  preparation of tofu with colorful vegetables.

The dish is fast, healthy and colorful. You can serve it both hot and cold. You can eat it at home with the family, or take to work, school or for a trip.

Tofu with vegetables

Preparation:

Heat the tofu in a pan until it will be golden. Cook beans and finely chopped zucchini. At the end place cherry tomatoes into the hot water from the vegetables, to soften slightly. Cut in half peppers and olives. Mix everything together and it’s ready 🙂
