Cardio Karate DVD!
Cardio Karate is a program dedicated to both beginners and experienced sports lovers.
Its aim is to accelerate fat burning, improving fitness and shaping the body.
Together with a group of friends we showed how to perform without much preparation a set of exercises in a simple way, adding elements of karate technique, which will result in fitness and mood improvement!
All the exercises are safe, are highly efficient and, what’s the most important, are not boring. It’s an activity for everybody!
