SCALLOPS WITH VEGETABLES

Scallops or St. Jacques. Believe me – even those who don’t like seafood will definitely be delighted by their delicate taste.

What is more, they are rich in iron, potassium, magnesium and selenium and it takes just a few minutes to prepare them!

Let’s do it!

I fried the scallops on a dry pan and added a grain of salt. They need just 2 minutes (each side) to be ready. If you guys are lucky enough to have an electric grill at home – now is the time to use it. I seasoned them with pepper after frying. I steamed the vegetables and added some clarified butter.

Enjoy! It’s an ideal meal for a light dinner
