Thai Salad

Astronomical summer is still on! Thats why we can still have joyful and colorful plates! Let’s keep it for as long as possible!

Ingredients (Thai salad):
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (healthy one)
  • 2 tablespoons of soya sos
  • 2 table spoons of rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 lime ( juice)
  • lettuce
  • 1/2 cup of finely shredded red cabbage
  • 2 shredded carrots
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • a handful of chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspooon of black sesame seeds

Dear, dont ask what to use instead of certain ingredients. be creative,  my recipes can be taken literally , but they can be just an inspiration for you 🙂
