BEETROOT TARTARE :)

You’ve probably noticed already that I don’t really eat dairy and my recipes usually lack it. But this time I decided to add some goat milk cheese. If I was to recommend dairy at all it would be goat’s, for sure.

You’ve probably also noticed that I adore beetroots 🙂 Thus, my suggestion today is a beetroot tartare. Goat cheese fits it perfectly.

Chop the onion finely and add goat’s cheese, cream, tamari sauce, mustard, salt and pepper to it. Peel boiled beetroots and chop as finely as you can. Mix it all and sprinkle with chives.
