Be active during pregnancy

We led first courses together with Edyta Litwiniuk – personal trainer, nutrition specialist, mother of two-year Julka.

Edyta is in the last days of pregnancy and her example showed the participants that pregnancy is not a disease, and a beautiful time in a woman’s life that you can spend without sacrificing a healthy lifestyle and physical activity. You just need to do it wisely. We showed exercises that can be done safely in different trimesters of pregnancy, and we introduced a set of rules, compliance which will help pregnant in health and well-being until the birth.
