I’m back with events!

New Year, new goals – I hope its true for many of you.

I wrote about New Year’s resolutions and motivations HERE

 

Like every year, January 1 is starting actively! I encourage you. Just 15 minutes, just 2 km run, to shape your own character!

And for those who still have a problem with the decision to add sport to a weekly schedule I write why I train so willingly:

  • because I want to be healthy and feel good in my body
  • because I want to have better endurance, strength, speed, jumping, flexibility
  • because I want to strengthen my body to cope with infections and free radicals – I strengthen the immune system
  • because I’m learning to take care of time – planning a workout, it’s like planning meals or duties
  • because I shape good habits
  • because I improve my brain, I oxygenate it and improve my concentration.
  • because I can do more and more
  • because I want to be happy

And why are you training? Write, we will help the most stubborn! Let there be more and more people… MAYBE IN WROCŁAW!
