ALMOND CHIA PUDDING WITH POMEGRANATE

Today, I suggest  a recipe for a perfect almond chia pudding with pomegranate. Chia seeds are not only a good source of essential polyunsaturated fatty acids and fiber, but also contain significant amounts of protein. Chia  also contain ingredients with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Eating them can bring you many health benefits. Try it out!

ALMOND CHIA PUDDING WITH POMEGRANATE

A method of preparing:

Soak dates in hot water for around 10-15 minutes

 

Blend soaked dates with almond butter, cinnamon and milk. Add chia seeds and mix thoroughly.

Leave in the fridge overnight. Before serving add pomegranate seeds.
