Do you think that the preparation of healthy sweets takes a long time?

Systematically Im trying to fight with  this myth 🙂 Preparing some healthy cakes really is not a big challenge. Most of the time oven is doing the job 🙂 at the end your satisfaction and satisfaction of your household and your body is priceless.

Gluten free cake with pear and apple

Preparation:
Place  sugar/xylitol and butter/oil in a food processor (you can use a mixer). Then add  eggs, flour, baking soda and mix it all. Add cream (in my case, thick coconut milk). Next, wash,peel and slice the fruits.

Place a baking paper on to the baking traywith a diameter of 22 cm.

Pour half of the dough and add apples then add on the second part of the dough, and add pears. Sprinkle with spices: cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees approx. 40-50 minutes.

Isnt it simple? 🙂

Remember, if you dont have certain ingredients at the moment, you can use alternatives – eg. In the case of malt, I always suggest some options, the healthiest choice , but you can use another products – it will be your choice 🙂
