Cream soup with cauliflower and carrots

There are still a few cold days ahead of us, where warm clothes may not be enough. In this case, the warming soup will surely be a great solution. Today I am proposing you a soup recipe with cauliflower and carrots. This is a real vitamin bomb that will not only give you energy, but also help your body to protect itself from colds.

Preparation:

On a pan, simmer butter with finely chopped onions, squeezed garlic and grated ginger. In a separate pot, cook cauliflower and carrots till softness, drain the water and add the broth, blend everything, add spices: salt, pepper, turmeric and curry paste, then add onion with garlic and blend again.
If you like interesting flavors, you can add thick coconut milk.
