Thats right! From childhood I remember the rain outside the window is best thing was a warm blanket and the smell of baked apples with rice and cinnamon or  baked apple with cranberries.

Apples with much better quality, more resistant to fungal diseases and ones that can retain the freshness and nutritional value for longer time

In our country  we have hundreds varieties of apples, of which 20 are a typical Polish apple and though they differ from each other in taste, shape, color and size, all are appreciated by consumers across Europe.

In Poland, the apples ripen in the summer, autumn and winter, and  given the ten-term storage they can be enjoyed all year round!

Did you know that these fruits are not only easily available, but also very healthy?

Over the years, our knowledge about the benefits of eating these fruits greatly improved, and  new ideas to use apples in medicine and in cooking were created.

If you want to be slim, then I have good news for you.

  • 100 grams of apples contain from 30 to 50 kcal, it can cure a craving for “something sweet” in the same way as the milk chocolate.
  • Apples contain fiber, which not only gives a feeling of satiety, but also speeds up the metabolism and slows the absorption of carbohydrates.
  • Best serve our health if we eat them raw with the skin, but well washed!
  • Apples contain pectin, which cleanse the body of toxins and helps to regulate the intestinal flora
  • Contains potassium responsible for water in the body.
  • Under the skin there is also a wealth of vitamin C, and this is just the beginning of the benefits of eating these fruits.

  • Raw apples are the support for the cardiovascular and nervous system and the liver, and its diuretic effect helps to reduce the swelling of the legs.
  • Homemade vinegar with apples inhibits the growth of infection and speeds up digestion, and apple tea is disinfecting and eliminates the inflammation of the oral cavity.
  • Our grandmothers believed that eating one apple a day will protect them from rheumatic pains, and a mousse from cooked apples will treat  diarrhea and peptic ulcer disease.

As you can see there are many solutions … I liket apples straight from the tree. Of course, never forget to thoroughly wash the fruit before eating, even if they are organic! You can also cook them in many ways. They are perfect as a snack when you feel like something sweet, and as a component of a healthy lunch.
