COLORS IN A GLASS

Let’s make this December blues go away! We have to add some color to our meals and drinks! It can really boost your mood! Is there anything cooler than drinking colorful drinks with your girlfriends? :).

Those cocktails can even be your second breakfast – they are very rich in nutrients. When made from healthy vegetables and fruits – they are a great substitute for vitamin supplements. The basis for all of them is coconut water – I’ve already written about it.
