Chocolate porridge with forest fruits

For a long time we didnt have the recipe for an oatmeal 🙂

I’m catching up because I know you like it 🙂 and so do I:)

You are asking about carbohydrates and porridge – whether to eat it and when . Of course, eat 😉

From the experience of active people – mine as well 🙂 It is best to start the day with a protein-fat breakfast  not to cause carbohydrates to eject insulin in to the blood,as it maintains high levels of cortisol and causes hunger. When to eat this porridge? I suggest it for second breakfast. Remember to watch your body because everyone is different;)

 Chocolate porridge with forest fruits for second breakfast

Preparation:

Mix oats with water, add pieces of broken chocolate, sea salt and sliced ​​chunks of dates. Cook until porridge will be soft. Add forest fruit on top. Bake the strawberries or heat it up for a minute in the pan – warm berries tastes even better than fresh 🙂
