Power cocktail before the training!

Goji berries are one of the healthiest fruits

POWER COCKTAIL

This recipe for a very healthy and nutritious power cocktail especially for athletes and people who need nutritious meals.

I recommend drinking this cocktail in the morning for breakfast before eating anything (as first meal) or before workout.

My proposal includes the following ingredients:

GOJI BERRIES! Tibetan power!

Extremely powerful antioxidant. Due to the substances it contains, it acts against aging.

Fruits have a whole set of antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and are low in calories

Goji berries, or Tibetan berries, are small red-orange balls. They are now considered to be one of the most nutritious berries.

They are a rich source or vitamin C, riboflavin, calcium, iron, potassium, zinc, β-carotene and selenium. They also contain vitamins C, E and B. The presence of anthocyanins, such as lutein and zeaxanthin, protects the body from oxidative stress and regulates LDL cholesterol.

Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides (LBP), which exhibits antioxidant activity, also enhances immunity and also lowers triglycerides and LDL cholesterol. Goji berries are also a source of fiber to support the digestive tract.

Their consumption is recommended for children with reduced immunity and those living in high stress. A diet supplemented with these fruits helps to regulate heart and blood pressure and inhibits the aging process, strengthens joints, bones, slimming, delays aging, improves vitality, improves vision.

Chia seeds

Chia seed oil contains 30% omega-3 fatty acids and 40% omega-6 fatty acids. It is assumed that this is the optimal balance of exogenous fatty acids.

Chia seeds are an excellent source of alpha-linolenic acid, which is the precursor of the remaining omega 3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids build cell membranes, help to maintain normal cholesterol levels, promote hypertension, are anti-inflammatory and have cancer fighting effects.

Chia seeds also share a wealth of antioxidants that are beneficial for our health. We will also find: chlorogenic acid, insulin sensitivity, coffee acid and anti-cancer effects: quercetin, kaempferol and mycetin. In addition, quercetin can reduce the unpleasant symptoms of allergies.

Chia seeds are also rich in calcium, so they will work well as a source for people on dairy free diet. Thanks to the high content of soluble fiber, chia seeds support proper digestion of the digestive tract.

They slow down the absorption of sugars and help to regulate their levels in the blood.

A large amount of fiber acts on the digestive tract and ensures a long satiety. Because of this, chia seeds are indicated for people who are overweight and obese.

Bon Appetit!
