Roast chicken/turkey escalopes with vegetables

It’s time for a recipe for nutritious poultry escalopes with vegetables.

Nowadays poultry is one of the most frequently chosen types of meat in Poland. No surprise! Poultry is easily digested and is a good source of easily digestible protein. Another advantage is a low fat content (along with high content of unsaturated fatty acids) and low cholesterol (applies to skinned meat). All this makes poultry perfect for lunch dishes. You must try it!

Preparation:

Heat oven to 180 Celsius degrees.

Chop the meat finely, place in the kitchen mixer along with the egg, grated carrot and courgette (firstly wick away with paper towels), spices and corn flour. If the mixture is too watery add a bit more flour. I formed the cutlets and put them in moulds. Roast for about 25 minutes with air flow.
