Where does energy come from? Diet for good mood!

It is certain that eating definitely affects our well-being. The proper distribution of meals, healthy diet, as well as portions that we are serving during the day are the basis of it …

but we know it!

What to eat to prevent  a bad mood, as well as how to tackle other everyday ailments such as migraine, irritability, lack of concentration, slow learning or lack of motivation? There should also be eggs or livers – products rich in vitamin B6 (its deficiency is responsible for nervousness, irritability, concentration problems or falling asleep – I could write and write … :)).
