You often check out blogs and portals devoted to healthy lifestyle.

You read stories of people who changed their lives. Viewing workouts on youtube. You already have a pretty good understanding of healthy lifestyles, the need for regular physical activity, knowledge about influence of diet on health now and in the future.

Such knowledge is very helpful in building motivation to change. But you stop at that.

Sometimes add comments. Because in theory you’re strong, or so you think (theory without practice is prolixity ). You still sit around the house. Instead, turn off the computer and have an honest talk with yourself – pretend that you are doing something in the right direction, and again you go to websites about health and sport.

Sometimes you cook a healthy meal to reduce remorse. But in the evening again, you eat a packet of biscuits, because you’re depressed, and yet – ” last time ” ! How many of these ” last time’s ”  have you had lately ?

After masterfully cheating yourself – pretending that you’re doing SOMETHING . But when your mind tells you that it’s not enough, it’s now time to move your rear and go – your inner malignant tells you: “start tomorrow” , “today you’re too tired”, “just finished menstruating , rest”, “weather sucks”, “ok, good, go ahead , but first check out how to practice again on this webpage” that you already know by heart.

DON’T LET IT HAPPEN!

Turn off your computer, put on sport clothes and go exercise!
