Apple pie with … rice;)

Spontaneous baking inspired by leftover rice from dinner 🙂  Because I am an opponent of wasting food, and at the same time I also had some apples I decided to bake a … cake. Yummy 🙂

Preparation:

Cook rice. Then, when it has cooled down, mix all ingredients except apples in a medium-speed machine. In the meantime, peel the apples and cut it into cubes, add to the dough and mix. Pour the dough into a baking tray . Heat the oven up to 180 degrees and bake for about 60 minutes in a round baking mold with a diameter of 24 cm or 26 cm.
