COCKTAIL PARTY :)

Today’s recipe is super quick and super colorful at the same time.

You can use this one as a pre/after training snack or for your May cocktail party :).

Make use of those colorful snacks 🙂

The sunny cocktail –  power for the training:

  • strawberries – 75 g
  • raspberries – 125 g
  • peaches – 100 g
  • curcuma – 4 g
  • water – 50 g
  • cinnamon

The green cocktail – morning refreshment

  • bananas – 200 g
  • apple – 150 g
  • spinach leaves – 50 g
  • lemon juice – 18 g
  • cayenne pepper

The white cocktail – an after training regeneration

  • banana – 100 g
  • dried dates – 5 g (2 dates)
  • coconut milk – 180 ml
  • cocoa grains – 7 g
  • 80% cocoa powder – 15 g
  • chia seeds – 10 g
  • cinnamon – 4 g
  • vanilla extract – 4 g
  • sea salt
  1. Cover dates with hot water.
  2. Smash banana with a fork, add some milk, dates and cocoa.
  3. Blend all the ingredients.
