coconut Mazurek for Easter

What sweets  you will serve this year for Easter? 🙂 Mazurek is an inseparable dish on my table, but I would not be myself if I had not modified the recipe.

As you probably know, I can not eat gluten or dairy products, so I have to adjust my food. As you probably also know 🙂 I prefer healthy sweet substitutes so this will be the case too. Would you like to try my healthy version of traditional mazurek? 🙂

Preparation:

Make the dough in the food mixer. Then prepare the baking tray by placing the baking paper. Preheat the oven up to 180 degrees. Put a thin layer of dough into the mold and bake for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime prepare the filling. Cook the dates in the cream, then add the remaining ingredients and blend.

When the cake cools down after baking, add the filling and decorate it with blackcurrants, chocolate and almonds.
