Motivation + Consequence

I know…. – the weather this spring is not helping and you probably wonder how to take care of a better mood?

I have a simple way: Motivation + Consequence = EXCELLENT MOOD.

Do you want to take a step forward, want to change something and try something new, something better better ..?

You think you can not because something is blocking you  and  that seem insurmountable?
You are limited by excuses such as: bad weather, fatigue, workload, fear of others will react to your change attempts.

Launch your fears and excuses into space and do something for yourself that you have longed for.
Who if not you?

At this moment you can think of this cliche sentence , known to all – do not delay your attempt to change till TOMORROW! Start today!

Banal but true, because if you really want to change something, you will do it no matter what date.
“I will start with the new year”, “… from next Monday” works just like “from tomorrow”, that is another excuse to do nothing.

Sit with yourself and honestly talk, you can do it in front of the mirror;) Then ask yourself a few questions:

  • What changes do you really care about?
  • Who do you want to do it?
  • Why it didnt work so far?
  • What is blocking you and what can you do to get rid of it?

Next:

  1. Write down your goals, dreams and changes that you want to take. Not much – it can be one, two goals. Imagine the everyday road  to achieve them. If there are obstacles in your head, for example, you need to get up early, think about how to mobilize, and how satisfied you are when you overcome it.
  2. If your first attempts fail, and someone else treats them with a smile – laugh with him! Remember that we all make mistakes and we learn best form them! Everyone once started, everyone was once a beginner. Walk with distance and humor – then it is easier!
  3. Do not be afraid and ask. Unfortunately there is a type of people who love to say, “Do not kid yourself – you really do not know?” Or “Oh, you didnt read that yet?” Answer this calmly, for example: “I did not read and I’m glad that I’m reading it now, its so interesting” or with a smile: “I do not know yet, but I’m very happy to know and hear that you can help me”. There is nothing better than staying calm and a smile – proven! The tease feels disarmed :). Remember you do not have to know everything
  4. People who are really critical of your actions are not worth your attention. If you do not get support from them, do not waste your energy on such people. It is the people who criticize you, they try to feel better because they may have issues themselves.
  5. Try to get the support someone from family or friends. Also support others. Good energy always comes back with double strength!
  6. If after some time it turns out that something did not work out or the action you took is not for you, then still enjoy the experience gained and move on. Never give up, life is too short! Take a handful of it!
  7. Be consistent!

Build a wise, strong, happy self. Step by step.
