Recipe for Easter cake

For Easter we need to have the traditional Easter cake;)

My healthier version is gluten free, which does not mean it is less tasty because it taste great. Your health and figure will appreciate it. and the family certainly will not have anything against it ? 🙂

Preparation:

Mix the flour with baking powder and coconut flakes. Whisk the egg whites, gradually add honey, vanilla extract, butter, egg and flour with coconut flakes. Then add raisins. Smear the baking tray with coconut oil and sprinkle it with flour. Pour the dough into the baking mold.  bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.

Melt the chocolate in a pot (you can add a tablespoon of coconut oil) and pour on the cake
