Skewers with beef and chicken

Skewers can be made literally out of everything we have in the fridge 🙂 Today it’s meat and vegetable version, with beef, and also with chicken.

Making skewers is not a difficult task and does not require a lot of time. I suggest to add variety to our ordinary meals and add a smile on the plate, for example in the form of sophisticated, colorful skewers. It is also one of the obligatory elements for a barbecue with friends 🙂

You will also need skewers sticks;)

Preparation:

Dice the meat into small cubes. Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients, then place the meat in it and marinate for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. Cook the corn and cut the vegetables in the meantime. When corn is ready, cut it into pieces as well.  Add the meat and vegetables on the sticks: zucchini – beef – paprika – chicken – corn. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the skewers on the baking paper and bake for about 25/35 minutes. Once done, sprinkle with salt
