The right diet is very important for everyone, but especially for athletes, mostly because their success depends on their health and fitness. I have devoted several previous posts to this and I am happy to see such interest :)
Drink - strength of the athlete!
Athletes are well aware that during intense exercise apart from water they also lose valuable minerals and carbohydrates. This makes it much harder to recover and regain strength.
