Apart from that, they stimulate and strengthen the intestines as well as support kidney and liver function. The juice of fresh beets has great cleansing properties and strengthens the blood. They are recommended for treatment of various gastrological diseases. They contain fiber and facilitate digestion. They are rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium, cobalt, iron, manganese, and vitamins A, C, and B1.

Furthermore, folic acid can be found in them which prevents calcification of blood vessels, and enhances natural immunity. It’s a powerful ally in the fight against being depressed and in a bad way. Other than that. Folic acid has a beneficial effect on dull, lifeless hair, premature gray hair, and brittle nails.

Today we’re gonna merge beets with currants or raspberries :).

Preparation:

First, boil the unpeeled beets (about 40 minutes should be enough). Afterwards, peel them, replace the water in the pot with the broth, cook for another 15 minutes, adding one prune. When the beets are soft turn them into a creamy mixture, adding currants, while at it. Next, leave on a low heat, add coconut oil and spices. Finish it off with mixing the whole thing.

It’s ready!
