HEALTHY SOUP! IT WILL GET YOU BACK ON YOUR FEET

Cold? Your child is having trouble digesting? Stomach ache?

Here’s a recipe for an AMARANTH soup that will get you back on your feet. I always prepare it when I feel weakened.

Amaranth seeds are a source for plant protein that is very easily absorped and it contains essential amino acids, such as: methionine, lysine, trypthofan. Amaranth is also rich in minerals, such as: phosphorus, iron, calcium, potasium and magnesium. A fine amount of fiber that is contained in amaranth, balances our cholesterol and detoxycates our digestive tract. Amaranth is also rich compounds that delay aging (squalenes) and antioxidants. As it’s rich in iron, it’s good in treating anemia and for pregnant women. Eating just one meal a day, that contains amaranth, satsifies our daily need for iron.

Recommended for athletes!

Amaranth soup from the magic broth

Preparation:

Boil amaranth seeds in the broth, for about 20-25 minutes, medium heat. Add the warming-up spices, plant cream and oil. Serve with boiled carrot.

My advice: soup gets really thick so you can add more broth or water

STAY HEALTHY!
