Avocado salad with kale and walnuts

Today, simple and fast, but satiating and rich in vitamins and minerals set.

Some people are afraid of avocado, because it has a lot of calories. But the fats contained in this exceptional fruit are very healthy. A caloric content of vegetables and fruits is negligible in comparison with, for example processed food.
We should eat avocados because:

 

– It has a great influence on our vision
– Stabilizes blood sugar levels
– Lowers levels of “bad” cholesterol
– It makes you fed for a long time
– It is an excellent anti-oxidant

 

Recipe:

Slice tomatoes and mix it with lettuce, kale and spinach (if you like you can add algae), add some avocado. The sauce was made with olive oil and a little bit of balsamic vinegar. I added 3 crushed walnuts. Sprinkle a mixture of pepper and basil.
