Brownie with strawberries
I know you are waiting for this recipe, because I got a lot of questions when the brownie appeared on one of my photos. But there are so many recipes I want to share with you that this one had to wait in line 🙂
It’s here 🙂 strawberry brownie. Ideal for summer dessert, birthday, names day, or a free weekend.
Strawberries brownie
Preparation:
In a small pot, melt the coconut oil, chocolate and coconut sugar. In the meantime, wash the strawberries and cut them into cubes – slice and leave a few pieces to decorate the cake.
In a separate bowl, mix all types of flour, soda, and chocolate chips. In another bowl whisk the egg whites and add melted chocolate and yolks.
Combine all the ingredients and mix it, finally add strawberries, and place a few slices on top of the cake.
Preheat the oven up to 170 degrees. Place the baking paper in the mold (21 cm x 21 cm) and bake for about 45 minutes until the cakewill slightly grow.
