When winter is coming, each of us would most likely  love to grab a warm blanket and take a nap. It is hardly surprising that in such moments its easier to let go of our promises, plans and goals. The holidays are over, so more often our outfit will be full of layers just like ”an onion” rather than the bathing suit. Motivation in the fight for the figure has fallen, Christmas is just around the corner, and so is total gluttony … then maybe we will start from the new year? Yes! Then we will be motivated! Full of strength and mobilized!

Wait a minute … Every year is the same … ?? Let’s fight together until the very end!

I feel especially responsible for the last point and I promise that I will regularly post on the blog new and interesting recipes for delicious dishes that will support your immunity. 

  • We will eat a lot of vegetables, specially the root ones
  • A lot of apples! Fresh, baked with cinnamon, in the form of homemade apple pie, and so on!
  • Dont run out of parsley, which will provide you with a lot of vitamin C
  • Halloween is long gone, but garlic is always popular, because it’s a great natural antibiotic
  • A perfect addition to dishes are warming spices like chilli, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon or cardamom
  • An irreplaceable snack at this time will be various pickles
  • Eat honey, unless you are allergic to it
  • Replace the stimulants, especially alcohol for fruit and herbal teas

 
Blues and bad mood can overthrow even the strongest player, so you should produce endorphins, and preferably in the open air! Wear a warm hat, a thick scarf, gloves and  fight!
The glove has been thrown and there is no turning back – lets do it! I know that at this time we are exceptionally creative in making excuses, but this is the moment when we have to fight! We bite our teeth and turn into real warriors for a “better self”. What comes easy will never change you. Remember that every day you choose between training and staying under a blanket, you make a decision that will soon be your habit.

Do not let the winter get you! Come into the new year with new strength and awareness that it is not easy to win with you!
