Avocado spread with cucumber.

I like avocado.

I constantly discover possibilities that this unique fruit unravels in the kitchen. Today nothing special rally – but tasty:)

All I did was to mix avocado’s eatable parts with herbs: fresh mint, lovage and thyme.

I’ve added a small touch of sea salt. Cucumber was washed, peeled and cut into very thin strips. I’ve mixed all together.

We spread this over crispy gluten-free bread, I reckon it will prove itself with early potatoes with dill, or as a side with boiled eggs:)
